I'm trying to develop a cruelty-free and 100% biodegradable dental floss. Regular floss is polyester or nylon that doesn't biodegrade, and silk floss is made by killing (boiling or gassing) the worms inside their cocoons. Both non acceptable for me. You can also use toothpicks and a waterpick while other products are available. If you must use floss, please make sure you wash it and reuse it if you can.
